Books by Mail
Books by Mail is a bimonthly subscription for Finland-based readers consisting of 6 international publications and zines. The titles which were picked by The Temporary Bookshelf have rarely been seen or distributed in Finland.
Books that reflect on books, books about and by artists and designers, writers, collectives, books that reflect on the medium and present it to an audience in their own vision.
The publishing contributors are key figures of the international scene, they develop the question of what is an artist’s book, an art publication, in many ways and pages. If some of the names are unfamiliar to you, we warmly invite you to take a look at their range of work; we hope that this subscription is just a glimpse of a long search, collection and sharing of art publishing.
